Peer Navigator, Addison County, 16+ hours/week
Seeking a parent of a child with a disability as a part-time Peer
Navigator to support families in which a parent or child has a
disability in the Addison County area. Must have experience/knowledge navigating service systems, building relationships with the provider community, advocacy experience for self or others.
Required skills: Leadership, Listening/Communication, Advocacy

Seeking a parent of a child with a disability as a part-time Peer
Navigator to support families in which a parent or child has a
disability in the Barre/Montpelier area. Must have experience/knowledge navigating service systems, building relationships with the provider community, advocacy experience for self or others.
