Technical Assistance and Dissemination (TA&D) Network
An up to date listing of projects, funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services is available online. You may download an older version of the listing, last updated November 2005, as a PDF file ("Placemat") or as a Word document.

PACER Center - Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights
PACER Center expands opportunities and enhances the quality of life of children and young adults with disabilities and their families. The center maintains an extensive listing of national resources available online.

The Technical Assistance Alliance for Parent Centers
The TA Alliance is an innovative project that supports a unified technical assistance system for the purpose of developing, assisting and coordinating Parent Training and Information Projects and Community Parent Resource Centers under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The Alliance maintains an extensive listing of national resources available online.

Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
The Center has been established by the Office of Special Education Programs, US Department of Education to give schools capacity-building information and technical assistance for identifying, adapting, and sustaining effective school-wide disciplinary practices.

Consortium for Appropriate Dispute Resolution
in Special Education (CADRE)

CADRE encourages the use of mediation and and other collaborative strategies to resolve disagreements about special education and early intervention programs.

National Center on Education, Disability, and Juvenile Justice (EDJJ)
EDJJ examines the overrepresentation of youth with disabilities at-risk for contact with the courts or already involved in the juvenile delinquency system.

National Consortium on Deaf-Blindness (NCDB)
A new national technical assistance and dissemination center for children and youth who are deaf-blind.

National Dissemination Center for Children with Disabilities (NICHCY)
NICHCY serves the nation as a central source of information on disabilities in infants, toddlers, children, and youth.

National Dropout Prevention Center for Students with Disabilities
The NDPC-SD supports states in assisting local education agencies to increase school completion rates and decrease dropout rates among students with disabilities.

National Research Center on Learning Disabilities (NRCLD)
The NRCLD conducts research on the identification of learning disabilities; formulates implementation recommendations; disseminates findings; and provides technical assistance to national, state, and local constituencies.

Reading Rockets
Reading Rockets is a national multimedia project offering information and resources on how young kids learn to read, why so many struggle, and how caring adults can help.
