VPIC's Four New Youth in Transition Brochures are now available! "Take Charge of your IEP and Transition Plan" answers the questions: "What is an IEP? Why should I go to my IEP meetings? And "What is a transition plan?" The second title, "Speak Up for yourself and your future" addresses self-advocacy for youth with disabilities. Both titles come in a youth friendly abridged version and an adult version.

Moving On - Planning your child's transition from the Family, Infant and Toddler Project to Essential Early Education is a publication developed by the Transition at Age Three Subcommittee and the Vermont Parent Information Center. Contact the Vermont Parent Information Center for a copy.
